Philip Hensarling, LCDCi has over 8 years of experience in the behavioral health field, alongside his ventures as a successful entrepreneur improving access to care for other behavioral health providers. Throughout his career, Philip has excelled in various roles, including Executive Director, Corporate Director of Utilization Management and Admissions Specialist. His expertise lies in streamlining operations, revenue cycle management, facilitating 12-step groups, fostering strong relationships with insurance payors and is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas.
Philip is deeply committed to extending access to care for a broader population struggling with substance use disorders. Philip‘s academic accomplishments include an Associates in Addictions Counseling, and he is currently in his final year of completing his BS degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Philip is a native Texan who enjoys running marathons and spoiling his lab-mix Murray.
