Eugene hails from Georgia but fell in love with New England after moving to the Northeast for college. Driven by a longstanding interest in human connection and community, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hampshire College.
After graduating, Eugene returned to Atlanta, where he earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Georgia State University. His professional experience reflects an advanced generalist approach, spanning both clinical practice and policy work. Eugene has a strong background in community violence prevention, restorative justice, and trauma-informed care, with a commitment to fostering healing and strengthening individuals, families, and communities.
In his free time, Eugene enjoys drawing, spending time with his partner and their cat, and spending time in nature.
