Dyamond Maskell, MS, RNDirector of Nursing

Our Director of Nursing, Dyamond earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Norwich University in 2012 and later completed a Master of Science in Healthcare Systems Leadership in 2021. Over the past decade, she has built her career across family medicine, inpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, intensive residential treatment, and nursing leadership. These experiences have strengthened her passion for serving individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders while developing strong, collaborative teams committed to delivering exceptional, person-centered care.

Born and raised in Vermont, Dyamond has a deep appreciation for the resilience of our communities and a passion for helping people rediscover purpose, healing, and meaningful lives. She believes every individual deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and hope, and that recovery is possible for everyone. And her goal is to create healthcare environments where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to take the next step in their recovery journey.

As Director of Nursing here at Sana, Dyamond is dedicated to fostering a culture where compassion and clinical excellence go hand in hand. She believes the highest quality care is achieved through collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous growth. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in empowering both clients and staff, recognizing that healing happens through authentic human connection, trust, and shared purpose.
