Philip Hensarling, BS, LCDC

Philip Hensarling, BS, LCDC (TX) is the Executive Director of Sana at Stowe with nearly a decade in behavioral health. He previously led a Utilization Management (UM) team and has strengths in revenue-cycle optimization, payer contracting, and 12-step–informed programming. An entrepreneur as well, Philip has helped organizations across the U.S. expand access to care. He holds an A.A.S. in Addictions Counseling (Austin Community College) and a B.S. in Healthcare Administration (Southern New Hampshire University) and is pursuing his MBA at Boston University. A native Texan now based in New England with his wife, Cynthia, he is committed to improving access and outcomes for individuals and families affected by substance use disorders—and he’s an avid runner.
