Nash grew up in central New Jersey and lived in various cities across the Northeast before finding a permanent home in Vermont. Driven by a passion for addressing socioeconomic disparities in mental healthcare, Nash earned a B.A. in Music Therapy from Hampshire College and an M.S.W. from NYU. He has worked in various roles in social work and mental healthcare in New York, including supportive housing and community behavioral health. Currently, Nash’s focus lies in fostering strong relationships with clients and building resilient communities to support individuals in their recovery process. He brings a holistic, client-centered approach to his work, believing in the importance of tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each individual. Outside of Sana, Nash enjoys walking in nature, biking the Burlington bike path, gardening, swimming in Lake Champlain, and playing guitar.
