Jasmine is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) experienced in working with individuals, couples, and families. Originally from the Canadian Maritimes, she holds a B.A. in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College, an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Champlain College, and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University. Jasmine’s professional background includes work in private practice, crisis assessment, clinical research, and women’s health. Her approach is warm, relational, insight-oriented, and emotionally focused. Jasmine views psychotherapy as a space to explore the emotions and patterns that contribute to addiction, helping clients uncover the root causes of their behaviors and build a foundation for lasting recovery.
