Hannah Naisbitt, MSW

Hannah grew up in the Chicagoland area and earned her Bachelors of Social Work through Indiana Wesleyan University. Hannah earned her Masters Degree in Social Work through IWU. Hannah started her career working with adolescents at a residential treatment home as a Behavioral Interventionist and has since worked at a variety of inpatient treatment centers in Chicago, Nashville, and Vermont. Most recently, Hannah served at a MAT Center where she worked as a case manager/counselor with adult patients to assist them with housing, community resources, and mental health counseling. Hannah has a strong passion for helping individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders recover their true sense of self and gain a hopeful outlook upon life. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two children, husband and dog Zelda, snowboarding, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
