Hannah Naisbitt, MSW

Hannah is a dedicated and compassionate social worker with experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. A native of the Chicagoland area, Hannah earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University. Hannah began her professional career as a Behavioral Interventionist at a residential treatment facility for adolescents, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic interventions and behavioral support. Since then, she has served in a variety of inpatient treatment settings across Chicago, Nashville, and Vermont, providing clinical care and case management to diverse populations.

Most recently, Hannah worked as a case manager and counselor at a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) center, where she supported adults in achieving recovery by addressing housing needs, connecting them with community resources, and providing individualized mental health counseling. Hannah is deeply committed to helping individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders reclaim their sense of self, build resilience, and cultivate lasting hope for the future. Outside of her professional work, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, three children, and their dog, Zelda. She is also passionate about snowboarding, gardening, and continuing to grow in her own recovery journey.
